PimpaResume provides tools to help users draft resumes, cover letters, and related job-application content. Content generated by the service is provided as a drafting aid and may require user review and editing.
You are responsible for all content you upload, generate, export, or submit, and for ensuring accuracy, legality, and compliance with employer requirements.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing credits, access, or other paid features through PimpaResume, you agree to Stripe's applicable terms in addition to these Terms and Conditions. Prices, currency, taxes, and any applicable fees are shown at checkout before payment is submitted. PimpaResume does not store full payment card details.
All sales are final and non-refundable once access to generated content or paid features is granted, except where required by applicable law, including duplicate charges, billing errors, or statutory consumer rights in the purchaser's jurisdiction. Refund requests should be submitted through the support email or contact form listed on the platform.
We do not guarantee interviews, offers, employment outcomes, or suitability of generated content for any specific role or jurisdiction.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PimpaResume and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from or related to use of the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PimpaResume's total liability for all claims arising from or related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to PimpaResume in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PimpaResume and its operators from and against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or content you submit, upload, generate, export, or use through the service.
The platform may integrate third-party services (for example, payment, AI, and authentication providers). We are not responsible for third-party service availability, policies, or failures.
