We collect account information (such as name and email), profile and resume content you provide, job-description inputs, and usage/interaction data required to operate the platform.
We use your information to provide core features, generate application materials, secure accounts, prevent abuse, process billing, and improve reliability.
We share information only with service providers needed to run the platform (for example hosting, payments, and AI processing), subject to their terms and policies. Stripe is our payment processor and collects and processes payment data under its own privacy policy, available at https://stripe.com/privacy. PimpaResume does not store full payment card numbers; PCI-DSS compliance for card processing is handled by Stripe.
We retain data for as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, but no method of transmission or storage is guaranteed to be completely secure.
You may update account/profile information from your account settings and may request account deletion, subject to legal or operational retention requirements.
Access to this service is currently limited to users in the United States.
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
